This is an entry-level position designed for individuals looking to gain real-world experience and grow professionally. You'll receive hands-on training in marketing, sales, and promotions for a wide range of client campaigns.
As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into a management role, taking on leadership responsibilities and helping to develop future team members — all while continuing to expand your skill set and impact within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Support and execute field marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to drive client success.

Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-impact sales and marketing strategies.

Assist with organizing and managing sales initiatives tailored to specific client goals.

Partner with corporate and field sales leadership to craft customized marketing programs.

Take on a project management role to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales events.

Represent Prime Evolutionary Strategies at marketing and promotional events upon reaching management level.

Promote events and initiatives in coordination with the Account Development team to maximize engagement and visibility.

Offer input on creative, revenue-generating solutions across a diverse client portfolio.
