As you progress, you’ll have the opportunity to advance into a management role, taking on leadership responsibilities and helping to develop future team members — all while continuing to expand your skill set and impact within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and execute field marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events to drive client success.

• Collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-impact sales and marketing strategies.

• Assist with organizing and managing sales initiatives tailored to specific client goals.

• Partner with corporate and field sales leadership to craft customized marketing programs.

• Take on a project management role to ensure seamless execution of marketing and sales events.

• Represent Prime Evolutionary Strategies at marketing and promotional events upon reaching management level.

• Promote events and initiatives in coordination with the Account Development team to maximize engagement and visibility.

• Offer input on creative, revenue-generating solutions across a diverse client portfolio.
